#FSL: Public Health Elites And SPAN FC Set Up Final Showdown

It has been an exciting one month with the FABAMSA Super League, but it has all come down to the final match of the competition.

The semi final gave us derby matches to keep the fire of the competition burning, pitching Public Health Elites with a familiar foe in Nursing while ASSON FC hosted SPAN FC.

Ibrahim put on a solid display, scoring an hattrick to secure a place in the final for Public Health Elites. It was a four goal thriller with Nursing, with the latter pulling one back to have a glimpse of hope in the game but Ibrahim’s final goal was enough to take Public Health over the finish line.

The second semi final game had ASSON FC and SPAN FC playing a one-all draw in a close encounter, with goals coming from Abdullah and Adedayo. The game headed to penalties and three converted spot kicks was all SPAN FC needed to secure a spot in the final.

The final will be played on Wednesday, 27th of July on the Osogbo Campus Football Field. Drop your comments predicting the final winner of the prestigious #FSL competition.

I think Public Health Elites have a better team to lift the trophy, but football is mysterious.

    60 for the Elites
    40 for the physiologist
